Le Puy green lentils with chorizo in cooking pot

- 120 g (4.2 oz) le Puy green lentils (or fast-cooking green lentils)
- 100 g (3.5 oz) of chorizo sausage
- 4 chicory
- 1 clove garlic
- 80 cl water

1. Cook the chorizo with garlic.
2. After a few minutes, add the thinly sliced chicory.
Cook a few minutes stirring regularly.
3. Finally, add the le Puy green lentils and cover with water.
Season and simmer about ten minutes stirring regularly.
