Faites-le cuire \u00e0 la vapeur pendant 20 min.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: medium; font-family: Arial;\">R\u00e9hydratez les mousserons dans un grand volume d&rsquo;eau bouillante pendant 20 min. \u00c9gouttez.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: medium; font-family: Arial;\">Ciselez la ciboulette et m\u00e9langez l\u00e0 avec le fromage blanc. Salez et poivrez.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: medium; font-family: Arial;\">\u00c9crasez le potimarron avec l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de fromage blanc \u00e0 la ciboulette.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: medium; font-family: Arial;\">Faites revenir les mousserons dans le beurre pendant 5 min. D\u00e9glacez avec le vinaigre balsamique.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: medium; font-family: Arial;\">Pour cuire les oeufs poch\u00e9s : faites bouillir l&rsquo;eau dans une casserole, puis, quand l&rsquo;eau bout fortement, \u00e9teignez le feu. Cassez les oeufs, mettez-les d\u00e9licatement dans l&rsquo;eau et n&rsquo;y touchez pas. Rallumez le feu au minimum et faites cuire les oeufs pendant 5 min.
