Enfourner pour 25-30 minutes environ. Hacher l\u2019ail et le persil tr\u00e8s finement.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.75);\">Faire fondre le beurre dans une po\u00eale. Ajouter les escargots et l\u2019ail et le persil hach\u00e9 et faire rissoler une dizaine de minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.75);\">Faire refroidir les choux sur une grille.
