Une fois port\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, ajoutez la pr\u00e9paration pour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sabarot.com\/les-prets-a-cuisiner\/587-dahl-aux-lentilles-jaunes-curcuma-paprika-et-piment-de-cayenne-3111952042813.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dahl Sabarot<\/a> et faites-la cuire 8 minutes. Mixez la pr\u00e9paration, salez, poivrez et r\u00e9servez.<\/li>\n<li>Dans le fond d&rsquo;un ramequin allant au four, ajoutez votre quinoa cuit. Recouvrez-le d&rsquo;un peu de pr\u00e9paration pour Dahl et enfin de chapelure.<\/li>\n<li>Enfournez le tout une dizaine de minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat ! Le quinoa est utilis\u00e9 comme c\u00e9r\u00e9ale, bien que faisant partie des ch\u00e9nopodiac\u00e9es, comme les \u00e9pinards et les betteraves. Les graines de quinoa ressemblent \u00e0 de petits disques de couleur l\u00e9g\u00e8rement jaune, rouge ou noir suivant la vari\u00e9t\u00e9.<br \/>Le quinoa est disponible en blanc, rouge et noir.
