Death trumpets

The trumpets of death are wild mushrooms with intense flavour. Cooked in omelette, risotto or accompaniment of a fish, they will bring taste and color to all your dishes. Rehydrate the death trumpets (Craterellus cornucopioids) dried in boiling water about 30 minutes then cook them as fresh mushrooms. And for faster use, use the trumpets of death in jars.
