Lentils mish-mash, carrots, turnips and Morteau sausage
- 1 Morteau sausage,
- 250 g of lentils mix (green, brown, fair and blac lentils)
- 3 turnips,
- 4 carrots,
- 1 shallot,
- 1 bouquet garni,
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- olive oil, pepper

2. Add the peeled and cut vegetables.
Stir well, pour the lentils and add 1 L of water. Season with pepper, bouquet garni and vegetable broth cube.
3. Cut the sausage into slices, add in the cooking pot.
Cook for 45 min.
Stir from time to time.
