  • 1 Morteau sausage,
  • 250 g of lentils mix (green, brown, fair and blac lentils)
  • 3 turnips,
  • 4 carrots,
  • 1 shallot,
  • 1 bouquet garni,
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • olive oil, pepper

Directions

Mish-mash of lentils, carrots, turnips & Morteau sausage1. In a cooking pot, put olive oil and chopped shallot, let brown.

2. Add the peeled and cut vegetables.
Stir well, pour the lentils and add 1 L of water. Season with pepper, bouquet garni and vegetable broth cube.

3. Cut the sausage into slices, add in the cooking pot.

Cook for 45 min.

Stir from time to time.
