The Sabarot mushroom selection is a mix of mushrooms composed of oyster mushrooms, yellow boletes, pholiota, and saffron milk caps. Quick and easy to use, this mix will perfectly flavor your everyday dishes, especially your risottos or omelets. All Sabarot mushrooms are rigorously selected before being packaged in France, in the Haute-Loire department, in the heart of Auvergne. Oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus), Yellow boletes (Suillus luteus or granulatus), Pholiota (Pholiota mutabilis), Saffron milk cap (Lactarius deliciosus), in varying quantities, water, salt, acidifier: citric acid.
Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly with water, drain and prepare as you would fresh mushrooms.
