With Sabarot Dahl preparations, discover a new way to enjoy legumes. A source of fiber, this delicious preparation for Dahl with red lentils, turmeric, ginger, and garlic is ready in just 8 minutes. Ideal for 4 people when served with rice, or for 2 people when enjoyed on its own. Vary your enjoyment by blending it after cooking to obtain a delicious creamy soup.
Red lentils (86%), dehydrated red pepper, dehydrated onion, dehydrated green pepper, turmeric, ginger, garlic.
The workshop produces cereals containing gluten, soy, and sesame.
Pour 350mL of coconut milk* and 400mL of water into a saucepan. After boiling, add the contents of the packet and let it cook for about 8 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Season according to your taste. And it's ready!
*You can replace coconut milk with another plant-based milk or cow's milk.
After cooking, blend the preparation. You will obtain a smooth creamy soup.
