With Sabarot Dahl preparations, discover a new way to eat legumes. Rich in plant-based proteins, this delicious preparation for yellow lentils dahl, turmeric, paprika, and Cayenne pepper is easy and quick to cook. Ideal for 4 people when served with rice, or for 2 people if enjoyed on its own. You can also mix it after cooking to get a delicious creamy soup.
Yellow lentil (86%), dehydrated tomato, dehydrated green pepper, dehydrated onion, turmeric, paprika, Cayenne pepper.
The workshop produces cereals containing gluten, soy and sesame.
Pour 350mL of coconut milk* and 400mL of water into a saucepan. After boiling, add the contents of the sachet and let cook for about 8 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Season according to your taste. And it's ready!
*You can replace coconut milk with another plant-based milk or cow's milk.
After cooking, blend the preparation. You will obtain a smooth creamy soup.
