Rice and quinoa risotto with seafood
- 1 shallot
- 225ml rice and quinoa mix
- 400ml water
- 100ml white wine
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 125ml cream liquid
- 1 bag of frozen seafood
- Salt and pepper
- A bit grated parmesan

1. In a plate for microwave, put the shallot peeled and chopped then add rice, water, white wine, the crumbled stock cube and seafood. Mix and cook covered for 18 minutes at 600 watts in microwave.
2. Pour the cream and mix. Continue cooking for 10 minutes.
3. Distribute grated parmesan cheese, stir until parmesan cheese is completely melted.
Salt and pepper according to your taste. Serve.
