- 1 tuna can
- a shallot
- pepper drops

1. Drain the tuna and crush with a fork.
2. Add a little mayonnaise for a creamy texture.
3. Mince the shallot and chop the parsley. Add to tuna and mix well.
4. Place in small glasses or spoons and place one or two peppers drops for a delicious crunchy touch.
Book cool until ready to serve.
