Ingredients:

  • 240 g of 8-minute” chickpeas
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Recipe

  • Pour the chickpeas into a bowl and add the olive oil.
  • Add paprika, curry powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix well and place in an ovenproof dish.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the oven at 180°C. 5 minutes before the end, take the opportunity to finish cooking on the “Grill” function, your peas will be crisp and crunchy.
  • You can serve them hot or cold as an aperitif!
