Ingredients:
- 240 g of 8-minute” chickpeas
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- Pepper
- Salt
Recipe
- Pour the chickpeas into a bowl and add the olive oil.
- Add paprika, curry powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix well and place in an ovenproof dish.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the oven at 180°C. 5 minutes before the end, take the opportunity to finish cooking on the “Grill” function, your peas will be crisp and crunchy.
- You can serve them hot or cold as an aperitif!
