Here’s a recipe for a “so fresh” chickpea salad. There’s no need for soaking or lengthy cooking: this recipe is quick and easy to prepare, thanks to Sabarot “8-minute cooking” chickpeas. Enhanced with CAUVIN olive oil, it’s a real treat!

Ingredients for 4 people :
- 240 g chickpeaschickpeas “Quick cooking” 8 minutes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange
- 1 handful coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder (optional)
- lemon juice
- 1 drizzle CAUVIN olive oil
The Recipe
- Cook your chickpeas in boiling water. Drain after 8 minutes.
- Rinse your vegetables, then chop your bell pepper and orange.
- Chop the coriander.
- Mix the chickpeas, bell bell pepper, orange and coriander in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon cumin. And 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder if you like. Squeeze a lemon and drizzle with CAUVIN olive oil.
- Mix and it’s ready!
