Here’s a recipe for a “so fresh” chickpea salad. There’s no need for soaking or lengthy cooking: this recipe is quick and easy to prepare, thanks to Sabarot “8-minute cooking” chickpeas. Enhanced with CAUVIN olive oil, it’s a real treat!

The Recipe

  • Cook your chickpeas in boiling water. Drain after 8 minutes.
  • Rinse your vegetables, then chop your bell pepper and orange.
  • Chop the coriander.
  • Mix the chickpeas, bell bell pepper, orange and coriander in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon cumin. And 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder if you like. Squeeze a lemon and drizzle with CAUVIN olive oil.
  • Mix and it’s ready!
