An express chickpea hummus recipe to die for! This delicious recipe is quick and easy to make with our “8-minute” quick-cooking range, and requires no soaking!

Ingredients

  • 300 g of quick-cooking chickpeas
  • 4 tablespoons tahini
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 2 garlic cloves

Suggestion: you can add a few salad seeds to the top of your hummus for extra indulgence!

Recipe

  • Take your “quick-cooking” chickpeas and cook for 8 minutes in simmering water.
  • Once drained, place in a salad bowl, blend coarsely once and set aside.
  • Chop 2 cloves of garlic and add to the mixture. Add the tahini, salt, pepper, lemon and cumin.
  • Blend the mixture and gradually add the olive oil.
  • All set!
