An express chickpea hummus recipe to die for! This delicious recipe is quick and easy to make with our “8-minute” quick-cooking range, and requires no soaking!

Ingredients
- 300 g of quick-cooking chickpeas
- 4 tablespoons tahini
- Juice of one lemon
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 2 garlic cloves
Suggestion: you can add a few salad seeds to the top of your hummus for extra indulgence!
Recipe
- Take your “quick-cooking” chickpeas and cook for 8 minutes in simmering water.
- Once drained, place in a salad bowl, blend coarsely once and set aside.
- Chop 2 cloves of garlic and add to the mixture. Add the tahini, salt, pepper, lemon and cumin.
- Blend the mixture and gradually add the olive oil.
- All set!
