- 300g of bulgur
- ½ bunch of parsley
- ¼ bunch of cilantro
- ¼ bunch of mint
- ¼ bunch of mint
- 3 spring onions
- 3 tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice

Préparation
Step 1 : Cook the boulgour for 10 minutes in simmering salted water, drain and let cool.
Step 2 : Chop the herbs and the onions, finely diced the tomatoes.
Step 3 : Season the tabbouleh with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 4 : You can add a few pomegranate seeds for freshness.
