DELIVERY TIMES AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The company Sabarot-Wassner undertakes to deliver or make available to the buyer the ordered products within the maximum period specified for each product and indicated on the website, which is a maximum of fifteen (15) business days from the order validation.
In case of ordering products that are deliverable or available on different dates, depending on their availability, the delivery and availability time will be based on the longest period.
In case of delay, the buyer has the option to cancel his order by sending an email to the following address "shop@sabarot.com". In this case, if he receives it after his cancellation request, he must refuse it by mentioning "refused for delay cancellation".
If applicable, Sabarot-Wassner will proceed with the refund of the product and return shipping costs as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days from the order, upon receipt in case of delivery, and upon receipt of the cancellation request in case of availability.
If the delivery delay is caused by a force majeure event as per French court jurisprudence, Sabarot-Wassner will inform the buyer via email that his cancellation request cannot be fulfilled.
*Due to the current health crisis related to the coronavirus, delivery times are extended.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The delivery of products is limited to a maximum weight of thirty (30) kilograms. It is carried out by Colissimo or DPD within forty-eight (48) hours of the products being picked up by the courier, unless one or more products are unavailable. In this case, Sabarot will inform the buyer by email. In case of absence, and if the buyer has chosen home delivery with signature, the postman will leave a notice in the buyer's mailbox indicating the date and address of the Post Office where he can collect his package upon presentation of an ID. If the buyer chooses home delivery without signature, the postman can leave the package in the mailbox or elsewhere.
From the date mentioned on the notice, the Buyer has a period of fifteen (15) days to collect his package. After this period, it will be automatically returned to the sender. Sabarot will refund the order (minus the shipping costs to and from) upon receipt of the returned order. Sabarot reserves the right to choose the mode of transport based on the nature of the product, its weight, and volume. Delivery costs vary depending on the weight of the buyer's cart and the mode of transport. However, shipping costs are free for the buyer for all orders over 60 euros (in Metropolitan France, Monaco only).
A tracking number is provided by email for each Colissimo or DPD shipment.

DELIVERY RATES (delivery in the European Union only, excluding DROM):

Delivery costs are indicated to the customer as he selects his products and are charged at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products.

All delivery rates vary according to the size, weight, and price of the product(s) ordered. The delivery rate is visible in the cart and summarized during steps 1, 4, and 5 of the order process.


RESERVATIONS

Without prejudice to the buyer's withdrawal period for certain products, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the apparent condition of the products upon delivery.
In case of doubt, it is recommended that the buyer opens the package in the presence of the carrier to ensure there is no damage to the products. In case of anomaly (damage, missing products compared to the delivery note, damaged packages, opened, broken products, delivery error, etc.) the buyer must make all justified reservations and claims on the delivery note presented by the carrier, handwritten and detailed, or even refuse the delivery.
These reservations must be confirmed by email to the following address: shop@sabarot.com within forty-eight (48) working hours following the delivery of the products. The buyer must allow Sabarot every opportunity to verify these non-conformities and remedy them. He must refrain from intervening himself or having a third party intervene for this purpose. Otherwise, any claim will be automatically rejected.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 clear days from the day of receipt of the goods to return the products in their original packaging, intact, unopened, and unused. When the fifteen-day period expires on a Sunday, or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended to the first following working day. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the customer without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for possible return costs. The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products that by their nature are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly. The customer can either return the products to Sabarot or send them at his expense to the company's address (SABAROT WASSNER - Z.I. La Combe, 2 Rue des Perdrix - 43320 Chaspuzac). The customer must specify whether he wants an exchange or a refund of the products.
If an exchange is requested, the customer is invited to come directly to Sabarot to collect the exchange product within three days from the day of his exchange request. If the exchange product has a value higher than that of the initially ordered product, the customer will be invited to pay the difference in the store. If the exchange product has a lower commercial value than the initially ordered product, the store will refund the difference to the customer.
If a refund is requested, it will be made by the store as soon as possible, and no later than thirty days following the date on which the customer exercised his right of withdrawal. On proposal from Sabarot, the customer may also opt for another refund method such as a credit for a future order.

RETURN
The buyer can request a return of all or part of his order within 14 days after receiving his order (postmark as proof).
The return request is made directly from his account on the site https://www.sabarot.com/en/. After receiving the return authorization email (acceptance), the buyer can resend the products to the address: SABAROT WASSNER - Z.I. La Combe, 2 Rue des Perdrix - 43320 Chaspuzac. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Returned products will be refunded within a week of receipt of the products.
