DELIVERY AND AVAILABILITY TIMES OF PRODUCTS
The Company Sabarot-Wassner commits to delivering or making available to the buyer the ordered products within the maximum period provided for each product and indicated on the website, namely within a maximum of fifteen (15) working days from the date of order confirmation.
In the case of ordering products that are deliverable or available on different dates, considering their availability, the delivery and availability timeframe will be based on the longest duration.
In case of delay, the buyer has the option to cancel their order by sending an email to the following address "shop@sabarot.com"In this case, if he receives it after his cancellation request, he must refuse it by stating 'refused due to cancellation delay'."
If applicable, Sabarot-Wassner will proceed with the reimbursement of the product and the return fees as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days from the order date, upon receipt of the product in the case of delivery, and upon receipt of the cancellation request in the case of availability.

It is carried out by Colissimo or DPD within forty-eight (48) hours of the products being picked up by the courier, except in the case of the unavailability of one or more products. In this case, Sabarot The buyer will be informed by email. In case of absence, and if the buyer has chosen home delivery with a signature, the mail carrier will leave a delivery notice in the buyer's mailbox indicating the date and address of the Post Office where they can pick up their package upon presenting an identification document. If the buyer chooses home delivery without a signature, the mail carrier may leave the package in the mailbox or elsewhere.
From the date mentioned on the delivery notice, the Buyer has a period of fifteen (15) days to collect their package. After this period, it will automatically be returned to the sender. Sabarot will proceed with the refund of the order (minus the shipping fees for sending and returning) upon receipt of the returned order. Sabarot reserves the right to choose the mode of transport based on the nature of the product, its weight, and its volume. Delivery charges vary according to the weight of the buyer's cart and the mode of transport. However, shipping fees are waived for the buyer for all orders over 60 euros (in Metropolitan France and Monaco only).
A tracking number is provided by email for each Colissimo or DPD shipment.

The delivery charges are indicated to the customer as they select their products and are billed at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products.
All delivery rates vary depending on the size, weight, and price of the products ordered. The delivery rate can be viewed in the cart and is summarized during steps 1, 4, and 5 of the ordering process.
RESERVES
Without prejudice to the period available to the buyer under their right of withdrawal for certain products, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the apparent condition of the products upon delivery.
In case of doubt, it is advised that the buyer opens the package in the presence of the carrier to ensure there is no damage to the products. In case of any anomaly (damage, missing products compared to the delivery note, damaged packages, opened or broken products, delivery error, etc.), the buyer must make any justified reservations and claims on the delivery note presented by the carrier, in a handwritten and detailed manner, or even refuse the delivery.
These reservations must be confirmed by email at the following address: shop@sabarot.com within forty-eight (48) business hours following the delivery of the products. The buyer must leave to Sabarot every facility to identify these non-conformities and to remedy them. He shall refrain from intervening himself or having a third party intervene for this purpose. Otherwise, any claim will be automatically rejected.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 full days from the day of receipt of the goods to return the products in their original packaging, intact, unopened, and unused. If the fifteen-day period expires on a Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended to the next working day. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the customer without the need to provide reasons or pay penalties, except for potential return shipping costs. The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products that, due to their nature, are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly. The customer has the option to either return the products to Sabarot, or send them at their own expense to the company's address (15 rue Courrerie, 43000 Le Puy-en-Velay). The customer must specify whether they want an exchange or a refund for the products.
If an exchange is requested, the customer is invited to come directly to Sabarot to collect the exchanged product within three days from the date of the exchange request. If the exchanged product has a higher value than the initially ordered product, the customer will be asked to pay the difference at the store. If the exchanged product has a lower commercial value than the initially ordered product, the store will refund the difference to the customer.
If a refund is requested, it will be processed by the store as soon as possible, and no later than thirty days following the date on which the customer exercised their right of withdrawal. On the proposal of Sabarot, the customer may also choose another refund option such as receiving a credit for a future order.

RETURN
The buyer can request a return for all or part of their order within 14 days after receiving their order (postmark as proof).
The return request is made directly through your account on the website. www.sabarot.com. After receiving the authorization email (acceptance) for the return, the buyer can resend the products to the address: Sabarot, 15 rue Courrerie, 43000 Le Puy en Velay. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned products will be refunded within one week after receipt of the products.
