Morels

Sabarot offers a full range of dehydrated morels or jars. Extra morillas, special morillas (morilla heads), micro morillas, morels jumbo, powder and granules of morilla, there's something for everyone! All the morillas Sabarot are rigorously selected before being sorted and conditioned in France, in the Haute-Loire department, in the heart of the Auvergne.

The dried morilla (Morchella conica or esculenta) will enhance your recipes for pasta, potatoes, risottos but also all your meat and fish. Sabarot gives you all the tips to use and rehydrate your morels here. Also use rehydration water for a more pronounced taste. More simply, use the jars drain, rinse and prepare like fresh mushrooms!
