How to Prepare Escargot Butter?



Ingredients: 100g of butter - 1 clove of garlic - 1 small bunch of parsley - salt - pepper



Recipe:

1. Chop the garlic clove and parsley very finely.

2. Salt and pepper to your taste, then mix everything thoroughly.

3. Use cling film to wrap your mixture and form a roll.

4. Refrigerate to set.

5. Rinse the Burgundy snails with hot water and then drain them.

6. Place each snail in a shell or croqu'in and cover with this preparation.

7. Put in the oven (preheated) and serve as soon as the butter starts to boil.

8. Enjoy hot!
