Cooked chickpeas (66.36%), tartufata (10.86%) (cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus – origin: EU), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, Summer truffle (Tuber oestivum Vitt) 5%, black olives (olives, salt, stabilizer: ferrous gluconate E579), olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, salt, cumin, black pepper.
Processed in a workshop using: gluten, nuts, celery, egg, mustard, fish, soy, milk, sulfites.
Before opening, store at room temperature and away from light. After opening, keep for 72h at over 4°C.
Ready to enjoy, this spread can be savored directly at room temperature.
