With one package, you can make 12 patties for appetizers, 12 "falafels" to enhance your salads, or 4 patties perfect for your burgers or as a side dish. And even more reason to try them, these patties are made with 100% natural ingredients, with no added salt or additives.
Oat flakes (30%), pre-cooked split peas (25%) barley flakes (20%), yellow lentils (14%), dehydrated vegetables and herbs (Tomatoes, olives, basil, olive oil) (11%).
This product contains gluten. The workshop also produces products containing soy and sesame.
Pour the contents of the sachet into 200mL of boiling water. Mix and let sit for 4 to 5 minutes. Shape into patties one centimeter thick, then brown them in a preheated pan for 3 minutes with a drizzle of vegetable oil. And it's ready!
You can form smaller patties for appetizers, or balls to accompany your salads...
