With one package, you can make 12 patties for appetizers, 12 "falafels" to enhance your salads, or 4 patties ideal for your burgers or as a side dish. And even more reason to try them, these patties are made from 100% natural ingredients, with no added salt and no additives.
Ingredients
Oat flakes (30%), precooked split peas (25%) barley flakes (20%), yellow lentils (14%), dehydrated vegetables and herbs (Tomatoes, olives, basil, olive oil) (11%).
This product contains gluten. The facility also processes products containing soy and sesame.
Preparation Tips
Pour the contents of the sachet into 200mL of boiling water. Stir and let stand for 4 to 5 minutes. Shape patties one centimeter thick and then brown them in a preheated pan for 3 minutes with a dash of vegetable oil. And it's ready!

You can form smaller patties for appetizers, or balls to accompany your salads...
