Meats of burgundy snails (Helix Pomatia) (Mollusks), salt, natural flavoring.
Take the snails out of their box, rinse them under hot water, drain them, and then prepare them as you wish.

Bon produit Dommage que le soir de Noël l on découvre en ouvrant la boite qu il n y avait que 23 escargots au lieu de 24 (2 douzaines) ! C est surement du au poids net égoutté de 125 g qui ne permet pas de les compter avant mise en boite ?
