The Helix Lucorum snail with its neutral flavor is ideal for all your recipes. This box contains no less than 24 very large pieces (without shell).

Ingredients

Snail meat (Helix lucorum) (Mollusks), salt, natural flavor.

Preparation Tips

Take the snails out of their box, rinse them under hot water, drain them, and then prepare them as you wish.

After opening, store them between 0 and 4°C and consume them within 3 days.
