Product Details

96 very large SABAROT snails shells

Cook the snails and place them in their shell with a dollop of parsley butter. This box contains about 96 ready-to-use snails shells.

These shells are ideal for very large sizes: Burgundy snails 2 dozen 125g, Burgundy snails 4 dozen 250g, Burgundy snails 8 dozen 500g, Snails 2 dozen 125g and Snails 8 dozen 500g.

Usage tips

After rinsing the shells, add a dollop of prepared butter, insert the escargot meat, then cover with a second dollop of butter. Place in a very hot oven and serve when the butter starts to boil.
