Do legumes contain allergens?

All types of lentils: green, coral, brown, blonde, and beluga, as well as chickpeas; split peas; flageolets; "Mogettes de Vendée" beans and beans (red, adzuki, coco, lingot, giant, Trabais) Sabarot are naturally gluten-free legumes.

However, cereals containing gluten may be packaged on the same lines as legumes, so they may contain possible traces of gluten. Cross-contamination is possible, though unlikely.

Tip: Rinse your legumes before cooking them to remove any possible traces of gluten and anti-nutrients.

No more dangers afterward.
