Product Details

36 very large SABAROT escargot shells

Cook the snails and place them in their shell with a dab of parsley butter. This box contains approximately 36 ready-to-use escargot shells.

These shells are ideal for very large sizes: Burgundy snails 2 dozen 125g, Burgundy snails 4 dozen 250g, Burgundy snails 8 dozen 500g, Snails 2 dozen 125g and Snails 8 dozen 500g.

Usage Tips

After rinsing the shells, place a dab of prepared butter, insert the escargot meat, then cover with a second dab of butter. Put in a very hot oven and serve when the butter starts to boil.
