Following numerous requests, this year we decided to reissue the "Coquille St Jacques" box in reference to the St James Way starting in Le Puy en Velay. Attention collectors! Formerly AOC and now AOP, the Green Lentil from Puy comes from environmentally friendly agriculture. With an incomparable taste recognized worldwide by top chefs, this traditional product from Haute-Loire benefits from the microclimate of the famous volcanic lands of Velay.

Preparation Advice
