Green lentils du Puy A.O.P 1kg Sabarot

Formerly A.O.C and now A.O.P., the Le Puy green lentils comes from agriculture that respects nature. With an incomparable taste recognized worldwide by top chefs, this product from the Haute-Loire region benefits from the microclimate of the volcanic lands of Velay. Its taste and texture (firm when cooked) are obtained thanks to the terroir of Haute Loire. Feel free to cook it in a salad, with pork, fish, or even in a dessert.

Preparation Tips

Des lentilles exceptionnelles


Je consommais ces lentilles lorsque j'habitais dans la région lyonnaise. Je vis dans le sud depuis 15 ans, elles sont introuvables. Je suis ravie de pouvoir en commander chez Sabarot, je retrouve enfin le plaisir de manger des bonnes lentilles. Elles sont très gouteuses et se tiennent bien à la cuisson. Un vrai régal !
