Green lentils du Puy A.O.P 5kg Sabarot

Formerly A.O.C and now A.O.P., the Le Puy green lentils comes from agriculture that respects nature. With an incomparable taste recognized worldwide by top chefs, this product from Haute-Loire benefits from the microclimate of the volcanic lands of Velay. Its taste and texture (firm when cooked) are achieved thanks to the Haute Loire terroir. Feel free to cook it in a salad, with a little salted meat, fish, or even as a dessert.

Preparation Tips

Immerse the lentils in three times their volume of cold water. Cook for

Excellent mais...


Les meilleures lentilles que j'ai eu l'occasion de manger en 50 ans. J'allais repasser commande mais le prix m'a fait peur (+ 42% depuis 2020). Si c'est conjoncturel ok j'attends.
