The micro Sabarot morels are less than 2 centimeters in size. They are hand-picked and are perfect when you want to cook bite-sized dishes or for individual servings (vol-au-vent...). You can also use them in your aperitif, for example, in croqu'ins with a foie gras stuffing. Don't hesitate to use the rehydration water for more flavor! Dried Morels (Morchella conica or esculenta).
Rehydrate the mushrooms in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Then cook as fresh mushrooms.
