Sabarot invites you to discover its preparation based on morel juice. An easy and economical way to consume mushrooms! An ideal product for making broths, risottos, or creamy sauces.
Morel rehydration water, salt.
To create a creamy sauce, pour the contents of the can into a pan. Reduce the morel juice by half, add 20 cl of liquid cream, and cook for 5 minutes. Taste and season to your liking. Use this sauce to coat, for example, your meats, fish, or dishes. After opening, store between 0 and 4°C and consume within 5 days. Shake before opening.
