120 large escargot shells SABAROT

Cook the snails and place them in their shell with a dollop of garlic butter. This box contains approximately 120 ready-to-use escargot shells.

These shells are ideal for large sizes: Burgundy snails 10 dozen 465g, Snails 10 dozen 465g and Snails 5 dozen 230g.

Usage Tips

After rinsing the shells, place a dollop of prepared butter, insert the escargot meat, then cover with a second dollop of butter. Place in a very hot oven and serve when the butter starts to boil.
