Green lentils du Puy Organic A.O.P. 500g SABAROT

Formerly A.O.C and now A.O.P., the Organic Le Puy green lentils comes from agriculture that respects nature. With an incomparable taste recognized worldwide by top chefs, this product from Haute-Loire benefits from the microclimate of the volcanic lands of Velay. Its taste and texture (firm when cooked) are achieved thanks to the terroir of Haute Loire. Feel free to cook it in salads, with pork, fish, or even in desserts. These lentils meet the standards of Organic farming.

Preparation Tips
