Sabarot invites you to discover its preparation based on porcini juice. A way to consume mushrooms easily and economically! An ideal product for making broths, risottos, or sauces.
Rehydration water of porcini, salt.
To make a creamy sauce, pour the contents of the can into a pan. Reduce the porcini juice by half, add 20 cl of liquid cream and let it cook for 5 minutes. Taste and season to your liking. For example, coat your meats, fish, or other preparations with this sauce. After opening, store between 0 and 4°C and consume within 5 days. Shake before opening.
