J'ai décidé d'utiliser la poudre pour sublimer mon gratin dauphinois. Ce fut une superbe réussite. Le goût de cèpes est vraiment présent et donne une touche boisée qui se marie à ravir avec les pommes de terre. J'ai servi avec des haricots verts/persillade et un beau rôti de boeuf. Un vrai festin !
