Le sarrasin Bio est un très bon produit on se régale. Cependant la livraison par Colissimo ne va pas du tout la Poste nous écrit que le point de collect est "temporairement indisponible"; est livre le colis là où elle veut . Pas pratique pour récupérer le colis. Et c'est là 2e fois que cela nous arrive. Dommage

Faites bouillir 125L d'eau mettez du sel et les 500g de sarrasin rincé dans une cocote en fonte par exemple. Oubliez le pour 20min à feu plutôt doux pour que toute eau soit absorbée (ne remuez pas pour ne pas écraser les graines vérifiez gentiment avec une cuillère à la fin qu'il n'y est plus d'eau au fond). Ensuite on éteint et on le laisse se reposer encore un peu avant de déguster.
