Ce riz noir est en fait sans grand intérêt, soir ile est trop dur, soit il éclat si on le fait trop cuire, et le goût n'est vraiment pas génial. J'en avais prix 3 Kg, car je trouvais l'idée de ce riz noir sympa. Très déçu, je ne sais même pas si j'arriverai à le finir sans me lasser. Je préfère un bon basmati ! Et tant pis pour le prétendu goût de noisette <br /> Quant à le faire en rizotto comme suggéré, c'est une aberration absolue !
