Red Rice of the Emperors 950g SABAROT

In its "Cereals du monde" range, Sabarot exclusively offers you the red rice of the Emperors. Originally reserved for the Chinese Emperor, this rice is whole grain. Its color and nutritional properties come from the skin surrounding it. With its subtle and delicate taste, it can be cooked in a salad, or as a side dish with meats, fish, or vegetables.

Preparation Tips

For 2 people, pour 120g of rice into 500 mL of boiling water. Cook for 25 to 35 minutes over medium heat. Drain: it's ready! Contains approximately 15 portions of 60g.
