Dried forest mushrooms mix 250g SABAROT

The forest mix Sabarot is composed of boletes, oyster mushrooms, black mushrooms, and porcini. It is delicious for flavoring a risotto, a puree, or a soup. Feel free to use the rehydration water to further concentrate the flavors. For over 30 years, Sabarot has created supply chains worldwide to ensure the quality and origins of its mushrooms. All Sabarot mushrooms are rigorously selected before being packaged in France, in the department of Haute-Loire, in the heart of Auvergne.
