Cereals: spelt, oat flake, pearl barley, and quinoa

The cereals are a big family. Rich in fiber and vitamins its constituents are satisfying and very often comforting. Wheat (boulgour, tarro, couscous, frigola sarda...) quinoa through grilled buckwheat rice freekeh, maize (polenta), the mooringbeaded barley or small spelt of the Velay, you will find them in different forms (classical cereals, cereal meal or mixed cereals) for ever more gourmet and well-being.

The seeds they are rich in vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids. Sprinkle in your preparations, salads, yogurt... or germinated, do yourself a favor!
